A bit about me, Karen Pinnell Founder and Owner of Help@Home

Following a job delivering meals on wheels & seeing first hand how much support was needed & how lonely our senior generation can be, I decided to venture into the unknown & set up a new business to help those people. After all, how hard could it be to help someone with their housework, shopping, general chores or keeping someone company for a while?

With the help of friends, family & general hard work, in September of 2015 Help@Home was born.

Little did I know how hard it would & could be, not only physically but also emotionally, however I wouldn’t change it for the world. I love my job & with a dedicated team of Help@Home representatives, who are DBS checked, individually insured & with a passion for people, you can rest assured that you or your loved ones are in safe hands.

Having built an excellent reputation with social services, housing associations & health practitioners Help@Home continues to go from strength to strength.
